Eight coins from the top 10 coins by 24-hour volume posted negative changes, ranging from 0.10% to 2.19%. Vietnam to soon have a fully-authorized cryptocurrency ExchangeMexico’s Central Bank proposes regulations that could ‘ban cryptocurrency Exchanges’.

Dash ($92.2) revealed a positive change of 0.14%.
